On Saturday 28 October we had our annual team building event by the beach in Limassol. 120 Windsor employees took part in the Wild Outing, and were divided into teams representing different wild animals. The physical and rational thinking battles were played out on the sand and required every team member’s cooperation and communication skills. Out of all the wild teams it was the Hippos who prevailed and were crowned the Wild Champions 2017.

Speaking at the event, our CEO Johny Abuaitah stated, “Such events underpin just how much of a tight-knit family we are, and how the sense of unity throughout Windsor is vital to achieving our future goals. I couldn’t be happier to see the Windsor family growing, with new talent and fresh ideas coming on board. With our company soon approaching 30 years in operation, it’s evident that our team-driven culture is what keeps us inspired, always leading to quality relationships between us, as well as with our clients. We will continue being a broker firm with values, one where employees are family and where clients’ needs always come first.”
