Account Opening Documents (AOD)
Terms and conditions by which Windsor agree to open and maintain trading accounts for the client and client agrees to comply with. Included within are: Client Account Agreement, Online Access Agreement, Mobile Trading Agreement and Risk Disclosure Statement.

Product Outlines (PO)
Document that provides an overview of the financial instruments available for trading and information related to these instruments such as: minimum spreads, margin requirements, trading hours etc. The document is read in conjunction with the AOD.

Trading Conditions (TC)
Document that provides an overview in regards to trading conditions related to financial instruments such as: margin required for trading, leverage, costs etc., prior to clients’ trading. The document is read in conjunction with the AOD.

Order Execution Policy (OEP)
Document that provides information to clients in regards to the execution of clients’ transaction(s) performed by the Company.

Complaint Handling Process (CHP)
Document that provides information to clients in regards to the process to follow in case they want to file an official compalint

Conflict of Interest Policy (CIP)
Document that provides information to clients in regards to the process related to conflict of interest
